Quality Assurance
Our Quality Policy is implemented from the top down and is pervasive throughout the entire organization. Overseen by Dr. Proskin, each department is charged with developing and maintaining a strategy for upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity, as defined internally, by our clients, and by the FDA.
All work is completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in place for Howard M. Proskin & Associates, Inc. In addition, consideration is given to client SOPs, as well as FDA and ICH guidelines as appropriate to the project. Since quality issues involve multiple departments, coordination of workflow and implementation of Quality Control processes at every stage of the project's life cycle are essential to the success of the project.
