Howard M. Proskin, Ph.D.
President
Dr. Proskin has over 20 years of experience in the analysis of statistical data from clinical research studies, and has published more than 100 articles and abstracts in scientific journals. Dr. Proskin received his Ph.D. in Statistics from Rutgers University in 1985. Prior to founding the company, he was the Coordinator of Biostatistics at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY, where his duties included providing statistical support for several research projects funded by grants from the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Proskin has been an invited speaker on statistical design and analysis of clinical trials at several national and international meetings, and has been a presenter at numerous meetings of professional societies, including the International Association for Dental Research, the American Association for Dental Research, the European Organization for Caries Research, and the American Statistical Association.
Edie Hogan
Operations Manager
Ms. Hogan has over 18 years of experience in administration in a research environment. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hogan was employed by the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center (UR/EDC), where her responsibilities included serving as the Executive Secretary to the Center's Director, as secretary to the UR/EDC Board of Directors, as secretary to the Center's Institutional Review Board, and as Assistant to the Editor of the Journal of Public Health Dentistry .
Michael J. Molter, M.S.
Manager, Programming Department
Mr. Molter has over 6 years of experience as a SAS programmer. He received his M.S. in Mathematics from Western Michigan University in 1995. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Molter was employed as an analyst by Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Rochester, NY. Mr. Molter is currently the president of the Genesee Valley SAS Users Group, and regularly delivers invited and contributed presentations at national and international meetings of SAS users, including SUGI.
William C. Csont, M.P.A.
Manager, Data Management Department
Bill has over 18 years of experience in working with healthcare data in many different environments. He received his Master of Public Administration with a Healthcare Emphasis from SUNY Brockport in 1988. Prior to joining the company in 2001, he worked as a programmer for Preferred Care. He has over 12 years of SAS programming experience. He has presented poster session papers at NESUG (Northeast SAS Users Group) and PharmaSUG (Pharmaceutical SAS Users Group). He is currently a member of the Society for Clinical Data Managers (SCDM) and DIA (Drug Information Association).

Sharon J. Hirshey Dirksen, Ph.D.
Manager, Medical Writing Department
Dr. Dirksen has over 10 years of experience in the field of clinical research, and is the author of several published papers and abstracts in scientific journals. Dr. Dirksen received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Rochester in 1992. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Dirksen was employed by Celltech Americas, where she held the positions of Clinical Development Manager and Senior Medical Services Specialist.
Kim Lacy, Manager
Administrative Services Department
Ms. Lacy has over 10 years of experience in administrative support services. She received an AS Degree in Business Administration from Genesee Community College. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Lacy was employed by Johnson & Johnson Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, where her responsibilities included document management and preparation, and providing administrative support to the Vice President of Worldwide Operations Engineering and Senior Engineering professionals.
Jenny Arbelo, M.L.S.
Project Manager
Jenny has over 10 years of experience working in higher education. Prior to joining the company, she was a librarian faculty member and Head of Technical Services at the State University of New York at Brockport. Her expertise is in planning and careful attention to detail.
